    Caryn Mandabach

    FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE

    Caryn Mandabach is a multi-award winning television producer whose ground-breaking US hits include Nurse Jackie, Roseanne, Third Rock from the Sun and That 70s Show. Having set up the production company in 2006, Caryn divides her time between London and her country home.

  • Jamie Glazebrook

    Jamie Glazebrook

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Jamie has developed and produced television in the UK since the nineties – working for many leading production companies including Talkback, Tiger Aspect and HatTrick. His credits include The 11'O Clock Show, High Spirits with Shirley Ghostman, and BAFTA-nominated The IT Crowd. Jamie oversees development and production for the Company. Jamie is Executive Producer of Peaky Blinders, the fifth series which aired in 2019 on BBC1.

  • Nicole Finnan

    Nicole Finnan

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Nicole is an experienced Film/TV Executive with over 25 years experience in the industry. Prior to CMP, Nicole Finnan spent eight years at Alex Rider indie Eleventh Hour Films, where she worked as Managing Director for 3 years after being promoted from being the commercial/finance director. During her tenure she managed the sale of a minority stake of the company to Sony Pictures Television as well as securing funding for productions. Prior to her stint at Eleventh Hour, she held commercial and finance roles at Ruby Film and Television and Ecosse Films. She has executive produced numerous feature films and television dramas. She is an expert in corporate governance having recently completed the FT non-executive Director (level 7) diploma. Nicole is an accountant by training and started her career at KPMG.

  • David Mason

    David Mason

    HEAD OF PRODUCTION

    David joined CMP in 2016 as Head of Production after line producing notable British TV dramas including Humans, Grantchester and the first series of Utopia for Kudos, The Thirteenth Tale for Heyday Films, and taking Doctor Who to Utah and New York for the BBC. Before joining Eileen Quinn’s Monogram Productions in 2001 as Line Producer, he had several years experience as a 1st AD and Production Manager, with credits including Hornblower, Gormenghast and The Buccaneers.

  • Alexandra Arlango

    Alexandra Arlango

    HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

    Alexandra joined CMP in 2019 as Head of Development after two years as Development Producer at ITV Studios. Before making the move to TV, Alexandra had a successful career in Film, working in development for award winning companies Ruby Films and Cowboy Films. Before that, Alexandra helped Michael Kuhn set up Qwerty Films, where she went on to co-produce four hit features, including BAFTA and Oscar winner The Duchess.

    In her long career Alexandra has enjoyed working with both established and new talent including Lauren Sequeira, Ash Ditta, Emmy winning Tom Rob Smith and bestselling novelist Jess Kidd.

    For over a decade, Alexandra has run The Brit List, a platform for new and emerging British writing talent that is now a respected resource for the global film and TV industries both in the UK and the US.

  • Becca Sugar

    Becca Sugar

    DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    Becca joined the CMP development team in October 2021 after three years at Ecosse Films, where she worked as a Development Executive across both TV and film, working with both new and established talent. Prior to this, she worked as a producer’s assistant and a freelance script reader, as well as a production assistant on the BAFTA-nominated documentary Kingdom of Us. She has a BA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Film Studies from King’s College London.

  • Jonathan O'Donnell

    Jonathan O'Donnell

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Jonathan joined CMP in July 2022 as an Executive Assistant. Originally from Ireland, Jonathan has a BSc in Architecture and a MA in Screenwriting. Prior to joining CMP, he worked as a Production Assistant with BBC Comedy, freelance script-reader with Element Pictures and most recently as a Programme Coordinator at London Film School.
